The derailment, caused by the collapse of a rail bridge in the southern New Jersey town, sent 22 people to an area hospital. Residents in the surrounding neighborhood were also evacuated, reports add. New Jersey state officials say the spill, which occurred around 7am this morning, has been contained and does not appear to have contaminated air in the area.
