Monsanto resumes collection of RR soybean royalties in Brazil

The Court of Justice of the State of Mato Gross, Brazil's largest soybean-growing state, has ruled that Monsanto can resume royalty collections for its ubiquitous Roundup Ready (RR) soybeans until a legal dispute over the seed's patent term is determined.
