Mitsui to Form New Company by Integrating Film/Sheet Businesses of Subsidiaries

Mitsui Chemicals says it has signed a fundamental agreement with its Tohcello (Tokyo), and Mitsui Chemicals Fabro (Tokyo) wholly owned subsidiaries, to study the integration of the film/sheet businesses of the three companies.
