Mitsui Expands Hydroquinone Capacity in Japan

Mitsui Chemicals says it will increase the production capacity for hydroquinone by 1,000 m.t./year to 12,500 m.t./year at the company’s site at Iwakuni, Japan. The expansion is expected to be completed by June 2013.
