Malaysian plastics packaging firm expands operations

Thong Guan Industries (Kedah, Malaysian), a leading plastics packaging company in the Asia/Pacific, is investing some 13million Malaysian ringgit ($4 million) to expand its polyvinyl chloride (PVC) packaging materials and masterbatch compound businesses.
