Malaysian firm signs MOU to build methanol plant in Kazakhstan

Two Malaysian companies are planning to build large-scale methanol and gas processing complexes in Kazakhstan. Memorandums of understanding (MOU) covering the two projects, plus another on a large-sale cattle-breeding program, were signed  over the weekend during the visit of prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak and other Malaysian  officials to the central Asian republic.
