Malaysian firm Imaspro forms new subsidiary to research agricultural chemicals

Imaspro (Klang, Malaysia) says it has incorporated a new, wholly owned subsidiary, Plant Science Center, to carry out research into agricultural chemicals. The group’s existing wholly owned subsidiaries include Imaspro Resources, Ideal Command, and Imaspro Biotech.   Imaspro Biotech was established in 2006 to commercialize Malaysia’s first biopalm based insecticide, a joint R&D project between Imaspro and the Malaysian Palm Oil Board to develop a water-based insecticide using biodegradable solvent and emulsifier derived from oil palm and...
