The on-site gases supply contract includes a facility for the production of carbon monoxide and hydrogen and an ammonia plant, and Linde will invest $380 million in the project. Dow and Saudi Aramco agreed last year to form Sadara Chemical, a joint venture to build and operate a world-scale, fully integrated chemicals complex at Jubail.
