Linde Wins Contract to Supply Gases to Chinese Wafer Producer

Linde says it has signed a new, multi-year contract to supply high-purity bulk gases for a new 300-mm wafer fabrication facility being built at Dalian, China by a major, unnamed integrated circuit producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under the terms of the agreement, Linde will build an integrated, ultra-high purity nitrogen and oxygen plant as well as a hydrogen generator and supply systems for argon and helium.
