Linde, Dahua Sign LOI for Coal Gasification Projects in China

Linde and Dahua Group have signed a letter of intent (LOI) at Dalian, China, covering cooperation in gasification projects in that country. Linde will invest RMB1.1 billion ($172.7 million) to establish a joint venture to operate and manage the gasification facilities on Songmu Island, Dalian, China, under the terms of the LOI.
