Lawmakers Review Bayer Secrecy Claim Linked to Fatal WV Accident

The House Energy and Commerce Committee’s investigations subcommittee held a hearing April 21 on a public disclosure debate concerning the August 2008 Bayer CropScience accident at Institute, WV, which killed two workers.
