Lautenberg Introduces Revised TSCA Reform Legislation

Senator Frank Lautenberg (D., NJ) last week introduced legislation to overhaul the Toxic Substances Reform Act (TSCA). The bill includes many revisions to his 2010 TSCA reform bill that failed to pass the Senate.
