World News and Views :: Top of the News Lanxess Starts Up Ion Exchange Resins Plant in India1:41 AM MST | December 2, 2010 | Deepti Ramesh Lanxess says it has today opened its previously announced plant for ion exchange resins in a chemical park at Jhagadia, India. The new plant, with a production capacity of 35,000 m.t./year, was constructed over a period of two years. The opening of the ion exchange resins plant marks the completion of the second phase of expansion at the company’s site at Jhagadia, where it opened a rubber chemicals plant in March 2010.
