Koppers reports net loss in fourth quarter

Koppers reports a net loss of $4.1 million compared to a net gain of $13.6 million in the year-ago quarter, citing restructuring costs and weakness in its carbon operations. Adjusted earnings of 44 cts/share fell below analyst consensus of 61 cts/share, as compiled by Thomson Reuters.
