Key Players Take Up Positions Ahead of Bali Climate Summit

The United Nations (UN) and various government leaders have begun setting out their respective positions on proposed carbon dioxide emissions cuts ahead of next week’s inter-governmental climate change summit in Bali, Indonesia.
