Ineos proposes pay freeze, modified redundancy terms to Grangemouth staff

Ineos plans to freeze the pay of workers at the company's Grangemouth, UK, refinery and petrochemical complex and modify their redundancy terms, Scottish media reports say. The plans form part of the company's recently announced "survival plan" for the Grangemouth site. Ineos informed Grangemouth staff of the proposals in a presentation today, the reports say.
