Indian firm plans to build urea plant in Ra's Al Khayma

The Indian conglomerate Adventz Group (Gurgaon) says it plans to invest 40 billion Indian rupees ($738.2 million) in a urea plant in Ra's Al Khayma, United Arab Emirates. A prefeasibility study into the project is under way, says Saroj Poddar, chairman of Adventz Group. The company has already secured land for the project, and it will approach banks for financing when the feasibility study is finalized, he says.
