House Republicans Pass Budget Blocking EPA Climate Regulations

House lawmakers passed a budget bill that includes amendments blocking EPA from regulating greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and restricting the agency’s ability to enforce its renewable fuels standard, which mandates gasoline sold in the U.S. contain certain amounts of ethanol.
