Hexpol acquires US rubber compounder Kardoes Rubber

Hexpol (Malmö, Sweden) a leading polymers group with strong global market positions in advanced polymer compounding, has signed an agreement to acquire the business of Kardoes Rubber from the founder, Frank Kardoes, and his family. Kardoes is a rubber compounder active in the US market.
