Hexion and Huntsman are due to face off in court on September 8 regarding Hexion’s efforts to undo its $10.6-billion agreement to acquire Huntsman. Hexion said in SEC filings today that it would likely be rendered insolvent if it loses to Huntsman, and is forced to close the deal....
