Fuller Sells Central American Paints Business

H.B. Fuller says it will sell its Central American paints business to Grupo Mindial subsidiary Compania Global de Pinturas for $120 million. Fuller says business is no longer core to its strategic objective of becoming the “best adhesives company in the world.” “This business has a strong market position and excellent leadership,” and the deal enables  it to be part of a company with a strategic position in the paint industry, says Jim Owens, president and CEO of H.B.
