Fujifilm to Acquire Merck & Co.’s Biopharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing Business

Fujifilm (Tokyo) and Merck & Co. (Whitehouse Station, NJ) say they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Fujifilm will acquire the Merck biomanufacturing network, a provider of contract manufacturing and development services for the biopharmaceutical industry.
