Eastman to Discontinue Two Phthalate Plasticizers

Eastman announced today that it will discontinue production of two of its ortho-phthalate plasticizers, diethyl phthalate (DEP) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP), by the end of 2011, saying they no longer form part of its "strategic growth plans or vision of the future.”...
