EPA Sets Clock Ticking on Climate By Finalizing ‘Endangerment’ Finding

EPA has issued the agency’s final rule establishing that greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions constitute an “endangerment” of public health. The agency’s progress on the endangerment finding has galvanized industry representatives who say that approach is by far the least effective way to regulate GHG emissions.
