EPA Outlines Principles for TSCA Reform

EPA has released its set of principles for reforming the Toxics Substances Control Act (TSCA), and executives and environmental groups say the Obama administration’s priorities are in most respects in line with the separate groups of principles released last month by industry and environmental groups.
