Duqm Refinery and Petrochemical Industries (DRPIC; Muscat, Oman)—the recently established joint venture between Oman Oil and International Petroleum Investment (IPIC; Abu Dhabi) to develop a refinery and petrochemicals complex at Duqm, Oman—held its first board meeting at the IPIC offices in Abu Dhabi.
