DuPont Forms Collaboration with China Sunergy

DuPont says it has signed a letter of intent with China Electric Equipment Group (CEEG; Nanjing, China), a leading player in the electronics and solar industries, and China Sunergy (Nanjing), a specialized solar cell and module manufacturer and an affiliate of CEEG, for strategic collaboration in power transformers, insulation, aircraft composite materials, and photovoltaic technologies and materials, over a three-year period.
