Dow and CPChem Name Leadership for Styrenics JV

Dow Chemical and Chevron Phillips Chemical (CPChem) have appointed Tim Roberts, currently general manager/styrenics business at CPChem, as president and CEO of the companies proposed styrenics joint venture. The jv, to be called Americas Styrenics, will be headquartered in Houston, TX. Other leadership appointments include: Thomas Egolf, CFO; Scot Mitchell, v.p./commercial; Peter Ott, v.p./operations; Randy Pogue, v.p./supply chain, purchasing and information technology; Doug Chauveaux, v.p./human resources and public affairs.
