Dow Names Leadership of Rohm and Haas Division

Dow Chemical says it will structure Rohm and Haas Advanced Materials into six business groups following the close of Dow’s $18.8 billion acquisition of R&H in early 2009. The new division will be comprised almost equally of businesses and key leaders from each company, Dow says. Pierre Brondeau, currently president and COO of R&H, will be head of the entire division.
