Dow Makes Management Changes to Drive its Transformation

 Dow Chemical has made several management changes, effective immediately. The announcement comes a few weeks after the company's mixed-second quarter results, which missed analysts' estimates. Jim Fitterling has been named president of plastics and hydrocarbons, and an executive v.p. of Dow. He was most recently senior v.p./corporate development.
