Dow Invests in Methane Technology Research

Dow Chemical says it has selected Cardiff University (Cardiff, UK) and Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) to develop technologies to produce chemical intermediates from methane, which is considered an underutilized feedstock. The universities will receive grants from Dow totaling more than $6.4 million over the next three years.
