World News and Views :: Top of the News Dow Delays Ethanolamine Expansion12:38 PM MST | December 14, 2007 | CW Editorial Staff Dow Chemical says it will delay the construction of a 100-million lb/year ethanolamine capacity expansion at Hahnville, LA until the second half of 2008 due to tight labor supply. Dow’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Union Carbide, owns the site, which was due for completion this year.
