Dow Delays Ethanolamine Expansion

Dow Chemical says it will delay the construction of a 100-million lb/year ethanolamine capacity expansion at Hahnville, LA until the second half of 2008 due to tight labor supply. Dow’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Union Carbide, owns the site, which was due for completion this year.
