Dow Decentralizes Management Structure

Dow Chemical says it will eliminate its current business division structure and move toward a global business unit model in order to reduce structure at the top of management and create a more “agile, flexible, and customer-focused company.” Each business unit will be run by business presidents who will be fully accountable for generating increased earnings.
