Dow AgroSciences Buys Dutch Seed Firm

Dow AgroSciences will acquire Dutch seed company Duo Maize (Rossum), which will build on Dow's purchase last year of Maize Technologies International (MTI; Nuesiedl am See), Dow says. The Duo Maize technology will complement MTI’s breeding and germplasm programs, according to Dow AgroSciences president and CEO Jerome Peribere.
