DSM completes sale of DEXPlastomers and LLDPE technology to Borealis

DSM has completed the sale of its share in DEXPlastomers, a 50-50 joint venture with an affiliate of ExxonMobil Chemical, to Borealis. DSM also sold its linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) compact solution technology to Borealis. The transaction was announced in November 2012.   DEXPlastomers, established in 1996, produces C8 plastomers and LLDPE.
