World News and Views :: Top of the News DSM completes acquisition of Cargill’s cultures and enzymes business7:16 AM MST | December 7, 2012 | Deepti Ramesh DSM says it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Cargill’s cultures and enzymes business for €85 million ($110 million). Plans for the acquisition were announced last October. The cultures and enzymes business of Cargill is a leading global manufacturer of cultures and enzymes for the dairy and meat industries and has manufacturing operations in Wisconsin and France, DSM says. It has a strong pipeline of new products and the business generates annual sales of about €45 million while employing about 200 people, DSM says...
