DSM Suspends Contracts for Nutrition and Anti-Infectives JVs in China

DSM says the previously announced contracts with North China Pharmaceutical Group Corp. (NCPC; Shijiazhuang) to establish three separate joint ventures involving nutritional products and anti-infectives in China have been suspended. “Due to a recent change in the ownership of NCPC, the implementation of these contracts was delayed and possibly cannot be effectuated within a reasonable timeframe,” DSM says.
