World News and Views :: Top of the News DSM Sells Solutech Membranes Business To Lydall4:20 AM MST | December 2, 2008 | Alex Scott DSM says it has signed a deal to sell its Solutech membranes business to specialty engineering products firm Lydall (Manchester, CT). Financial terms were not disclosed. Solutech, which primarily consists of two production facilities in the Netherlands, contributed approximately EUR 3 million ($3.8 million) to DSM's total net sales in 2007, the company says.
