DHS Poised to Notify Highest-Risk Plants

U.S. facilities that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS; Washington) considers the highest risk in the event of a terror attack can expect a call from DHS “within days,” DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff told attendees at Socma’s plant security summit, held last week at Falls Church, VA.
