Cytec to Sell Pressure Sensitive Adhesives to Henkel

Cytec has reached an agreement to sell its pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) product line to Henkel for $105 million, the company says. The deal is expected to close in the third-quarter of this year. Cytec’s PSA product line recorded $94 million in sales during 2011. It has 80 employees.   The product line includes emulsion-based and polymer-based PSAs for use in a number of industrial and consumer applications.
