Construction to Start Next Year on Sinopec-Kuwait Petrochemical Project

Construction will begin in the first quarter of 2012 on a previously announced refinery and petrochemical joint venture between Sinopec and Kuwait Petroleum near Zhanjiang in southern China, says Ruan Risheng, the mayor of Zhanjiang. Ruan confirmed the date in comments to the Kuwait News Agency today.
