Concern About Reach Enforcement Builds

Effective enforcement of the European Union’s (EU) Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program “has to happen to make Reach a success,” says Tony Scott, an adviser to the European Fine Chemicals Group (EFCG), a Cefic affiliate group.
