Climate Change: EU and China Start Talking

Climate negotiators representing the European Union (EU) and China in recent days have initiated discussions about their commitment to the reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, Stavros Dimas, European environment commissioner told journalists gathered during the past week at the Helsinki Chemicals Forum (HCF) in Helsinki.
