Chlor-Alkali Demand to Weaken Until 2010

Demand for chlor-alkali and chlorine should continue to weaken throughout 2009 before improving slightly in 2010, with a full recovery coming in 2011-2012, says Eric Linak, Senior Consultant at SRI Consulting.
