China to Roll out Chemical Safety Legislation

China's State Administration of Work Safety (SAWS) says it plans to introduce legislation to prevent hazardous chemicals exposure. State Decree 591, as it is known, will involve a new body of legislation dubbed Regulation on the Safe Management of Dangerous Chemicals.
