World News and Views :: Top of the News China imposes provisional antidumping duties on toluidine from EU8:04 AM MST | February 28, 2013 | Deepti Ramesh The Ministry of Commerce, PRC (Mofcom; Beijing) will impose provisional antidumping duties on imports of toluidine from the European Union starting 1 March, the Chinese government announced today. An antidumping investigation was launched in June 2012 following complaints from Chinese manufacturers of toluidine. The investigation revealed that toluidine imports from the European Union were dumped in the Chinese market, causing substantial damage to the Chinese toluidine industry, the government says.
