Chevron Phillips Chemical Studying U.S. Gulf Coast Ethane Cracker

CP Chem says it is conducting a feasibility study for a world-scale ethane cracker and ethylene derivatives plant at one of its Gulf Coast facilities using cost-advantaged feedstock from shale gas.  The CP Chem announcement is the most significant yet related to the improved cost position of U.S. petrochemicals....
