Chemtura Limits Terms for Metal Alkyl Pricing Contracts

Chemtura says it will limit the term for fixed-price sales of metal alkyls, effective December 1, or as contracts allow. Metal alkyls have long been sold under long-term fixed price agreements. “This does not fit with a business that is investment intensive and exposed to raw material fluctuations,” says Anne Noonan, president/polymer additives.
