Canpotex signs potash supply agreement with Indian customers

Canpotex (Saskatoon, SK), the potash export cartel owned by Agrium, Mosaic, and PotashCorp, says that it has agreed to an annual contract with its government and private sector partners in India, to supply about 1 million m.t. of potash for shipment through to 31 March 2015 at a price of $322/m.t. c&f. This announcement follows Uralkali (Berezniki, Russia) signing a contract last week with Indian Potash Ltd. (New Delhi), a major Indian fertilizer importer, for potash deliveries between April 2014 and March 2015, also at $322/m.t. c&f...
