Canpotex and Sinofert sign new agreement

Canpotex (Saskatoon, SK), the potash export cartel owned by three Saskatchewan potash producing companies—Agrium, Mosaic Canada Crop Nutrition, and PotashCorp—says it has reached an agreement with Sinofert (Beijing) to supply 1 million m.t. of potash in the first half of 2013 at price levels which reflect a $70/m.t. reduction from the last contract price established in March 2012.
